The Governing Committee of the Engineers and Public Works Contractors Fund (TMΕDE) announces the financial results, based on the International Financial Reporting Standards, for the period from 1.1.2025 to 31.12.2025.
The disclosure is made following the completion of the audit by the Independent Certified Auditors-Accountants and the issuance of the corresponding audit report, without the expression of reservations.
The financial results of 2025 reflect the Group's steady and dynamic growth trajectory, its operational efficiency and the strengthening of its financial base. Actions to strengthen the credit role
TMEDE continued to strengthen its institutional role and the liquidity of its members through modern financing tools and actions.
In cooperation with the Hellenic Development Bank, it proceeded with the extension and upgrade for one more year, that is until the end of 2026, of the lending program through the “HDB-TMEDE Guarantee Fund”. Each beneficiary can receive greater working capital through bank lending, as the amount increases to €400,000 from €200,000, which it was initially. The Fund provides a guarantee to banks for 80% of the financing. Until 31.08.2026, approximately €64 million have been granted to 445 small and medium-sized technical companies.
TMEDE Microfinance Solutions S.A. continued its dynamic course in 2025 as well, granting loans of up to €25,000 through its pioneering digital platform. By 30.6.2026, the company had disbursed a total of approximately €23 million to more than 1,040 professionals, startups and small businesses.
An important milestone of the year was the utilization of the TEPIX III Microcredit Fund, managed by HDB, with new financing products, under the most competitive terms on the market.
At the same time, TMEDE offers specialized reciprocal insurance coverage. These specific group professional civil liability and Life-Health insurance programs have been developed in cooperation with the insurance companies Allianz and Generali.
In 2025, TMEDE continued to play an active and strategic role in shaping the country's new financial landscape, as a shareholder of CrediaBank. Its participation is directly linked to its strategy for expanding the financing capabilities of engineers, contracting and consulting firms and, more broadly, the small and medium-sized enterprises of the technical sector.
In 2026, the new era of TMEDE Portfolio began, a new digital platform that marks a qualitative leap in the Organization's digital services, offering member-beneficiaries a modern, unified and secure digital environment.
Through the innovative digital portal, TMEDE Portfolio provides 24/7 access to services, accelerates and simplifies procedures, offers personalized updates on the progress of requests and ensures a complete picture and traceability of transactions.
Active Integration of ESG Criteria into TMEDE's Business Strategy
Sustainable development is now an integral part of TMEDE's strategy and it continues to integrate ESG criteria more intensively, strengthening transparency, accountability and responsible corporate governance.
The Sustainability Strategy is organized around three interlinked pillars: Sustainable TMEDE, with the development of an internal Sustainability Management System and systematic monitoring of ESG data, Sustainable Members, with information, training and development of ESG self-assessment tools, and Sustainable Projects, with the gradual assessment of the sustainability risks and opportunities of the projects supported by guarantee products.

A leading initiative was TMEDE's 2nd International Conference entitled: “Redefining the Future Horizons – Designing tomorrow's sustainable strategies”, which took place on 9 and 10 December 2025 and highlighted as critical priorities infrastructure resilience, addressing water scarcity, the rational management of natural resources, green development and financing, as well as the need to adapt the production model to the new climatic, technological and financing conditions.
On the occasion of the announcement of the financial results, the Chairman of TMEDE's Governing Committee, Mr. Konstantinos Makedos, stated:
«The financial results of 2025 confirm the continuous strengthening of TMEDE's financial and operational course. The increase in turnover, the strengthening of EBITDA and, above all, the steady improvement of the EBITDA margin over the last three years reflect the momentum of our activity and the improvement of our operational efficiency.
With a steady orientation, based on the principles of economy and sustainability, we are expanding the possibilities of supporting the technical sector, strengthening TMEDE's financial base. We continue to invest in modern financing and guarantee solutions, to empower young scientists and small and medium-sized enterprises, and to create substantial and sustainable value for our members and the broader technical sector.».
