The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, at its 1103rd/29.9.2026 meeting, decided to extend the AIFM operating license under Law 4209/2013 of the company under the name “ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. M.F.M.C.” (LEI 213800SHGGWDBFVRPS03) by adding additional strategies of Regulation EU 231/2013, so that it may also provide additional management services to AIFs that invest in real estate (real estate strategies).
