Mr. Stefanos Malachias, Chief Commercial Officer of Allianz European Reliance, Member of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of Allianz AEDAK, is departing from the company on September 30, 2026. Mr. Malachias made a valuable contribution during the course of his cooperation with the company.
As the relevant announcement notes, the position of Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee is assumed as of October 1, 2026, by Ms. Isabella Vitou, until recently Chief Operations Officer of Allianz. Ms. Vitou was hired by Allianz in 2021 and during the course of her career, she has successfully undertaken different roles of increased responsibility, acquiring significant knowledge of the organization's operation and substantial experience in different departments.
The CEO of Allianz European Reliance Mr. Ersin Pak warmly thanks Mr. Malachias for his contribution and wishes him every success in his next path. At the same time, he wishes Ms. Vitou every success in her new role, through which she will contribute significantly to the further strategic development of Allianz and to strengthening its presence in the insurance market.
