EKTER S.A. (the “Company”), in implementation of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investing public that on 30 September 2026 it proceeded with the signing of a design and construction contract with the company “PRIVILEGED GENERAL WAREHOUSES OF GREECE SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.” (P.A.E.G.A.E.).
The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the project “Expansion of P.A.E.G.A.E. Warehouse Facilities in Magoula”, on the property of P.A.E.G.A.E. at the location “Plakoto” of the Magoula Municipal Unit of the Municipality of Elefsina. The project includes the erection of five new warehouse buildings with a total area of approximately 159,000 sq.m., as well as the accompanying works for the configuration of the surrounding area.
The contractual fee was set at the lump-sum amount of €155,000,000.00 (plus VAT), while the total deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract is set at 40 months from its signing.
With the signing of the above contract, the backlog balance of Public and Private projects being executed by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €412.1 million.
