GEK Terna together with India's GMR has entered the tender process for the concession of the 22 regional airports, sources tell Euro2day.gr.
Earlier, Giorgos Vilos, General Manager of Development at Fraport Greece, said at ITC 2026, the conference on infrastructure and transport, that Fraport is also expected to declare its “presence”.
He stressed, specifically, that the company's shareholders are interested in investing in the 22 airports, while, of course, maintaining a wait-and-see stance regarding the tender model.
Announcements regarding the tender are also expected within the day from the side of the Growthfund.
