“JUMBO” informs its shareholders, in accordance with article 4.1.3.4. of the Euronext Athens Regulation, that the Company's Board of Directors on 23.09.2026 decided the payment of an extraordinary cash distribution to shareholders, from the profits of the 2025 financial year, in a total amount of 134,365,561.00 euros on a total of 134,365,561 shares of the Company, namely a gross amount of 1.00 euro per share, namely a net amount, after withholding tax of 5%, where required, of 0.9500 euro per share.
Pursuant to the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 23.09.2026, beneficiaries of the extraordinary cash distribution of a gross amount of 1.00 euro per share (net amount 0.9500 euro per share) are the shareholders of the Company who are registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (D.S.S.) on Tuesday, 17.11.2026 (record date).
From Monday, 16.11.2026, the Company's shares will be traded on Euronext Athens without the right to payment of an extraordinary cash distribution (ex-dividend date for the extraordinary cash distribution).
As the date for commencement of payment of the extraordinary cash distribution to its beneficiaries, Friday, 20.11.2026, was set, by the paying Bank Eurobank S.A. (the Paying Bank).
