Lavipharm S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, following the approval by the competent regulatory authority of France of the transfer of the marketing authorization of DUROGESIC® to the Company, it started on Wednesday, 30.09.2026 the sales of the product in the French market.
The Company continues the procedures for the transfer of the marketing authorizations of DUROGESIC® in the other markets and estimates that the relevant approvals, especially in markets of major commercial interest, will be completed within the near term.
