The National Bank of Greece S.A. announces that during the period from 22/09/2026 to 29/09/2026 inclusive it acquired a total of 1,218,453 common shares of the Bank (“Treasury Shares”) traded on Euronext Athens at a weighted average price of €17.0893 per share and at a total cost of €20,822,480.29.
Following the above transactions, it is announced that the Bank directly holds a total of 16,297,978 Treasury Shares, which correspond to 1.80% of its share capital.
Furthermore, it is noted that according to the decisions of the aforementioned General Meeting, the Bank intends subsequently to proceed with the cancellation of the above treasury shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions concerning the time frame for the cancellation under Law 4548/2018.
