PPC S.A. announces the completion of the transaction for the acquisition of a RES portfolio with a total capacity of 277.3 MW in Poland, following the agreement dated 31 July 2026 with EDP Renewables Polska Sp. z o.o. and EDP Renewables Polska HoldCo S.A.
The portfolio includes 175.4 MW of projects in operation of which 130.5 MW are wind farms in the Ilza, Tomaszow and Poturzyn areas with a high performance factor of up to 33%, and 44.9 MW are photovoltaic parks in the Pakoslaw and Recz areas, which benefit from long-term fixed-price contracts for the first years of their operation.
In addition, the portfolio includes two photovoltaic projects under development with a total capacity of 101.9 MW, with estimated commencement of operation in 2029, which make use of the cable pooling method, sharing the same connection infrastructure with the existing wind farms.
With the completion of the transaction, the PPC Group strengthens its presence in Poland's RES market, in the context of implementing the Strategic Plan 2026-2030 for the geographical expansion and strengthening of its green portfolio in Central and Southeastern Europe.
