The Management of “FLEXOPΑCK A.E.” announces that on 29.09.2026 a Subscription Agreement for a Common Bond Loan was signed, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018 and Law 3156/2003, as in force, with a total nominal value of €6,000,000, which loan will be fully covered by “National Bank of Greece”, which was also appointed Paying Agent and Bondholders’ Representative.
The proceeds of the above Common Bond Loan will be used by the Company to cover its needs for working capital of a more permanent nature, in service of its corporate purposes.
