CrediaBank announces that, following receipt of the relevant approval from the Bank of Greece, on 19.10.2026 it will proceed with the early repayment of a subordinated bond loan (Tier II) with a nominal principal amount of €23,500,000, bearing an annual interest rate of 6%, with a duration of 7 years, which had been issued by Pancretan Bank S.A. in March 2021, and for which the Bank succeeded as issuer, due to a merger.
