The company “AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A.” (the “Company”) informs the investment community that Ms. Stella Dimaraki assumed the duties of Chief Financial Officer as of October 1, 2026, having held until today the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Stella Dimaraki has many years of experience in the field of finance, and since joining AEGEAN in 2007, she has contributed decisively to the shaping and implementation of the financial strategy and to the completion of significant transactions that supported the Group’s growth.
Additionally, Mr. Ilias Mandroukas assumed the duties of Chief Commercial Officer, as of October 1, 2026, having held until today the position of Deputy Chief Commercial Officer.
Mr. Ilias Mandroukas, since joining AEGEAN in 1999, has worked in different managerial positions such as Digital & eCommerce, Loyalty & Customer Engagement, contributing significantly to the development of services, products, and partnerships.
