Galerie de Beauté continued to increase sales, recording turnover of 38.769 million euros, compared to 36.052 million euros in 2024.
The increase in sales by 7.54% was accompanied by an increase in cost of sales to 27.69 million euros, from 25.44 million euros, while gross profit strengthened to 11.08 million euros, compared to 10.62 million euros in 2024.
The pressure appears in operating expenses. Selling expenses increased significantly, to 8.95 million euros from 7.91 million euros, resulting in earnings before interest and taxes being limited to 1.86 million euros, from 2.32 million euros. With pre-tax profits having been limited to 1.303 million from 1.769 million euros and net profits to 962,489 euros from 1.303 million.
During the same period, merchandise reached 14.24 million euros, from 12.30 million euros in 2024, while total inventories together with advances amounted to 14.62 million euros. Cash and cash equivalents strengthened to 6.83 million euros, from 5.25 million euros, and total assets rose to 26.02 million euros, compared to 22.23 million euros.
On the other hand, liabilities also appear increased. Short-term bank loans amounted to 4.27 million euros, from 1.2 million euros, while trade liabilities approached 12 million euros. Overall, the company's liabilities amounted to 22.51 million euros, from 18.67 million euros at the end of 2024.
