The company “AEGEAN AIRLINES SOCIETE ANONYME AIRLINE COMPANY” (the “Company”) informs the investment community that, on 05.10.2026, it disposed free of charge of 30,500 common, registered, voting shares of the Company to an executive of the Company through an over-the-counter transaction.
The above shares were acquired by the Company within the framework of the approved treasury share purchase program, in accordance with the resolutions of the General Meetings of its shareholders of 26.07.2023 and 29.04.2025.
Following the aforementioned disposal as well, the Company holds a total of 264,092 treasury shares, which correspond to 0.29% of its total shares.
