Attica Department Stores is strengthening its presence in the luxury retail market, proceeding with the lease of a new store of 48 sq.m. at City Link, on Voukourestiou Street.
As stated in the morning report by Axia-Alpha Finance, the new space will host an international luxury fashion brand, adding yet another high-end presence to Attica's portfolio in Athens' most commercial area.
The new lease is covered by Attica's existing lease agreement with PICAR, a fact that facilitates the expansion of its presence at City Link.
Although the move has a limited financial impact, due to the small size of the store, Axia-Alpha estimates that it is an indication of the continued demand for premium retail spaces and confirms Attica's strategy for further strengthening its luxury product mix in Athens.
