TRASTOR Property Investments announces that it completed the sale of a commercial property in Glyfada for a total consideration of €3.075.000.
As the listed company notes, the consideration is 59.8% higher than the acquisition value and 8.4% higher than the fair value of the property on 30.06.2026..
The property, with a total area of 207 sq.m., consists of ground-floor and basement space and is located at the corner of 16 Grigoriou Lambraki and Angelou Metaxa streets, in one of the most commercial locations in Glyfada.
The sale is the fourth completed by TRASTOR within 2026, with all transactions having been carried out at a price higher than the respective pre-sale valuation. Overall, proceeds from the sales amounted to €24.7 million, exceeding by approximately €3.2 million or 14.9% the sum of the relevant fair values of the properties.
The CEO of TRASTOR Property Investments, Mr. Tasos Kazinos, stated:
“The completion of the transaction at a price 59.8% higher than the acquisition value of the property confirms in practice that the active and targeted management of our portfolio delivers results.
At the same time, the transaction highlights the mismatch that continues to exist between the values confirmed through actual transactions in the private real estate market and the valuations of listed companies in the sector, the majority of which trade at a significant discount to net asset value (NAV).
In this environment, active portfolio management and selective capital recycling become even more important. Each property has its own investment cycle, and when market conditions give us the opportunity to lock in the value that has been created on particularly attractive terms, we choose to do so and direct our capital where we identify the next growth opportunity. With this philosophy, we are evolving TRASTOR’s portfolio, with emphasis on the quality, performance, and prospects of each investment”.
