The ISOMAT Group completed the acquisition of ALFA ALFA ENERGY S.A., to which the well-known brand ESHA belongs, through its newly established subsidiary company ISOMAT BITUMEN S.A., marking another important step in the Group’s strategic growth.
This development follows ISOMAT’s designation as the preferred investor in the context of the restructuring and transfer process of ALFA ALFA ENERGY S.A.
With a long-standing presence in the Greek market and specialization in the development and production of bituminous membranes, bituminous products and road construction materials, ESHA is an established brand, which substantially strengthens the presence of the ISOMAT Group in the sectors of waterproofing and infrastructure projects, the relevant announcement notes.
This investment is part of ISOMAT’s broader strategic plan for the further strengthening of its presence in the Greek market, the expansion of its production base and the creation of new growth opportunities in Greece and abroad.
