On 07.10.2026, the Listing and Market Operation Committee of Euronext Athens approved the admission of the Company’s shares to the Shares Category of EN.A. Growth on Euronext Athens. The EN.A. Advisor for the admission of the Company’s shares to EN.A. Growth on Euronext Athens is “Koubaras Ltd”.
The trading symbol for the shares in both English and Greek will be VRLS, in Latin characters.
The opening trading price of the Company’s shares is €0.95 per share.
The shares will be credited to the beneficiaries’ share accounts and securities accounts in the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) prior to the commencement of trading.
