EKTER S.A. informs investors that on 9 October 2026, the “INTRAPOWER - EKTER S.A. - KLX AIRPORT JOINT VENTURE”, in which the Company holds a 50% stake, signed a contract with “KALAMATA AIRPORT S.A.”.
The contract covers the design and construction of the “KALAMATA AIRPORT (KLX)” project. The project involves the design and construction of works at Kalamata International Airport (KLX), including a new terminal of approximately 9,300 m², the reconstruction of the existing terminal, expansion of the aircraft apron and landside area, and supporting infrastructure.
The contract value is €51,090,465.00 (excluding VAT), and the total deadline for completion of the contract works is 30 months from the commencement date.
With the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public- and private-sector projects being carried out by EKTER S.A. (either directly or through its participation in joint ventures) stands at €428.3 million.
