Skroutz is expanding its services, announcing the official launch of its new “Send a parcel with Skroutz Last Mile” service. Through its extensive and steadily growing Skroutz Points network, which is approaching 120,000 lockers across Greece, consumers can now send parcels quickly, conveniently and securely, directly from locker to locker.
Through a dedicated section on the Skroutz platform, the process can be completed in just a few steps, including the automated issue of a receipt.
Key features of the service
The platform guides users through choosing the appropriate locker size and parcel category, in accordance with clear terms and conditions designed to ensure the smooth transport of items. Users then enter the required details and select the dispatch and collection Points. Real-time availability checks allow them to choose the most convenient location for dropping off the parcel, the company said in a statement.
From there, the parcel is transported securely to any destination in Greece. The final leg is just as straightforward for the recipient, who can collect the parcel from the designated location even without a Skroutz account. Throughout the process, both parties can track the shipment (tracking) and receive automated notifications (email notifications).
