Star Bulk Carriers announced a strategic partnership with Hermes World Maritime under which Hermes will acquire a 35% stake in two Kamsarmax vessels built in 2026, the Star Ellie and Star Bella.
The partnership had been flagged in a morning note by Euro2day.gr’s Chameleon column.
Star Bulk will continue to have commercial and technical management of the two vessels. The company said the partnership is part of its strategy to strengthen ties with important industry partners.
