Vodafone Greece is opening its new store at The Mall Athens, creating an all-in-one technology destination. To date, the company has modernised more than 60 stores across Greece as part of a broader investment of more than €15m to transform its network and provide customers with a consistent, enhanced experience.
According to the company’s press release, the renovated store offers a comprehensive range of connectivity and entertainment products and services.
Visitors can explore an expanded range of products, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, wearables, smart home devices, laptops, gaming products, gadgets, smart TVs and projectors, and choose those that best meet their needs.
As part of its efforts to create a safer digital environment for children, Vodafone has launched a new “Technology for Children” category. It includes selected smartphones and accessories that help protect minors by limiting their access to social media, search engines and inappropriate content.
Personalised service and device protection
The Tech Heroes technology team has a dedicated service area, where it provides personalised support to customers, aiming to make technology simpler, easier to understand and more useful in their daily lives.
The store also offers services including Vodafone Tech Insurance, which insures smartphones and tablets; Vodafone Tech Protect, which protects screens; and Vodafone Tech Service, which provides fast, reliable device repairs.
Alongside its investment in upgrading its stores, Vodafone is also modernising its IT and connectivity systems. SD-WAN is the next generation of network infrastructure for the stores, combining fixed fibre connections with 5G.
In this way, the company aims to deliver higher speeds and uninterrupted connectivity, helping customers to be served more quickly.
The new store at The Mall Athens, together with the one at Golden Hall, is a flagship for the new era of Vodafone’s retail network. The two stores showcase the modern technology experience being rolled out across the company’s network.
Offers at the Vodafone store at The Mall Athens
Customers visiting the new store at The Mall Athens until 5 November can take advantage of a range of special offers.
In particular, with every purchase of a smartphone, tablet, wearable or true wireless headphones, customers receive a gift equal to the VAT, while a 30% discount is available on the application of a screen protector to all smartphones.
There is also a €100 discount on selected iPhone models and all iPad models.
For customers buying a device from the new iPhone 18 Pro Max range, the offer includes free application of a screen protector, the first three monthly fees of the connection plan at no charge, and a free appointment with the Tech Heroes team to transfer data and fully set up the new device.
In addition, new subscribers can get unlimited data and calls for nine months for a monthly fee of just €13.
