Furthermore, pursuant to Article 16 of the Operating Rules of EN.A. GROWTH, Euronext Athens, as in force, and following a notification received by the Company on 09.10.2026 from its shareholder, Mr Georgios Dimopoulos, the Company announces that:
Mr Georgios Dimopoulos holds 2,992,500 shares in the Company, representing 72.11% of its total share capital and voting rights.
