Your Directors Club (YDC), the private community for C-level and senior executives in Athens, is entering the next phase of its development.
Its founder, Georgia Kartsani, has entrusted the Club’s future and operations to Alexander Athanasoulas, who is taking over as CEO. The transfer of YDC was formally completed on 1 October 2026.
YDC will continue under the auspices of CEO Clubs Greece, within the same legal and operating framework, with its values unchanged: trust, collaboration, inclusion and continuous development. The role of the team supporting it is also being strengthened. Efi Routzaki is taking on an expanded role as Partnerships and Community Director, while Dimosthenis Michopoulos will continue as Executive Vice-President. Georgia Kartsani will now focus on the rapidly growing CEO Clubs Greece and SARGIA Partners.
Alexander Athanasoulas is a founding member and vice-president of CEO Clubs Greece, and chairman and CEO of STIRIXIS Group, an international strategy, design and project management group that has completed more than 900 projects in nearly 30 countries since 1996 and received more than 60 international awards. He is also chairman of SBC Greece, the national member of the World Green Building Council.

Trust cannot be transferred with a signature. It must be earned, and that is my job from day one.”
