Gregory's is opening its first store in Paphos, at 48 Griva Digeni Street, bringing its total to 15 in a year of rapid expansion in Cyprus, the company says.
In less than a year, the number of Gregory's stores in Cyprus has almost doubled, rising from 8 to 15.
A key role in this growth was played by the partnership with Zymi & Kafe, which became the Master Franchisee in December 2025.
With its contribution, Gregory's strengthened its presence in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Existing stores were renovated, while high operating and service standards were maintained, ensuring consumers an excellent experience.
The opening of the new store in Paphos on Friday, 9 October, also confirmed this momentum. A large number of visitors attended, along with representatives from the city's political, hotel and business communities.
Several company executives were present, as was Gregory's chief executive, Vlassis Georgatos, who said: “Cyprus is an important market for Gregory's, and our partnership with Zymi & Kafe over the past year has shown in practice the momentum that can be created when there is a shared vision, mutual trust and a commitment to quality. We are particularly pleased with our expansion in Cyprus, the improvement in the image of our stores and the excellent service we provide to our customers. The new Paphos store is another step in this successful journey, and we are optimistic about what we will achieve together in the future”.
The next steps are already in the works. A new store is due to open in Paralimni, Famagusta, by the end of the year, while agreements for new stores in high-traffic locations are at an advanced stage for 2027.
The goal is particularly ambitious, as Zymi & Kafe chief executive Pavlos Michailas puts it: “a modern Gregory's on every corner of the island”.
