From Monday, 19 October 2026, 140,300 new shares in Alpha Bank will begin trading. The shares were issued following the exercise of share options by 36 bank executives.
The issue price of the shares is €0.29 each, according to the bank’s announcement.
More specifically:
“From 19 October 2026, 140,300 new ordinary shares in ‘ALPHA BANK S.A.’ (GRS830003000), arising from the recent share capital increase following the exercise of share options by 36 company executives, will be admitted to trading on Euronext Athens at an issue price of €0.29 per share. From the same date, the company’s total number of listed shares trading on Euronext Athens will amount to 2,256,383,615 ordinary shares.”
