Jumbo S.A. announces that “FMR LLC”, in a letter dated 16 October 2026, notified the company that on 14 October 2026 the percentage of voting rights it holds indirectly in the company exceeded the 5% threshold following the acquisition of voting rights.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights held indirectly by “FMR LLC” in Jumbo S.A. on 14 October 2026 was 6,859,182, or 5.10%, compared with 4.99% at the time of its previous notification.
