“ORILINA PROPERTIES REIC” informs the investment community that on 16 October 2026 it signed a notarised preliminary agreement to sell a 13,516.03 sq m plot of land, together with the office complex built on it, at 25 Ermou Street in the Municipality of Kifisia, for a total consideration of €44,540,000.
The final contract is expected to be signed by the end of 2026.
The office complex in Nea Kifisia has a total building area of 30,703 sq m and is let on long-term leases. The Company has made significant investments in energy upgrades at the property to date.
Management considers the transaction a milestone in the Company’s development, as it forms part of its portfolio renewal strategy, involving the addition and/or development of new properties that promote sustainability while ensuring high returns and creating value for its shareholders.
A further announcement will follow upon signature of the final contract.
