National Bank of Greece S.A. (“the Bank”) announces that between 8 October 2026 and 15 October 2026 inclusive, it acquired a total of 330,000 of the Bank’s ordinary shares (“Treasury Shares”), traded on Euronext Athens, at a weighted average price of €16.2581 per share and a total cost of €5,365,183.50.
Following these transactions, the Bank directly holds a total of 17,343,425 Treasury Shares, equivalent to 1.92% of its share capital.
It is further noted that, in accordance with the resolutions of the aforementioned General Meeting, the Bank intends to subsequently cancel the above Treasury Shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law 4548/2018 concerning the timeframe for cancellation.
