From the first endocrinology laboratory, founded in 1981, to the leading primary healthcare organisation it is today, Bioiatriki continues to evolve, with science and the trust of millions of people as its constant points of reference. Today, it is unveiling its new corporate identity, marking another important step in its journey and reflecting its vision for the future.
The new identity retains the Group’s connection to its history and Greek roots, while also expressing its modern, outward-looking direction. At its heart is the new “b” symbol, inspired by the tools that enable science to see where the human eye cannot, such as a microscope or an MRI scanner. The new styling of the name, Bioiαtriki, combines international recognisability with a distinctly Greek element, represented by the letter “α”, as a reference to the Group’s origins and history.
Beyond a visual refresh, the new identity expresses a broader view of health — one that brings together scientific knowledge, technological progress and personalised care, expanding the scope for a more timely and comprehensive response to each person’s needs. Drawing on its experience and continuing to invest in progress, Bioiatriki is looking ahead with the aim of contributing to a better quality of life.
The Group’s new signature, “Live Long, Live Well”, sums up the philosophy of this new era. The phrase expresses Bioiatriki’s commitment to broadening its role in healthcare by linking diagnosis and care with healthy longevity.
Georgios Spanos, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the BIOIATRIKI Group, said: “Over its 45-year history, Bioiatriki has continued to evolve, investing in scientific knowledge, technology and its people. Our new identity reflects what we have built over all these years, as well as the new era opening up before us: one with more knowledge, greater possibilities in prevention and diagnosis, and an even stronger emphasis on personalised care. We remain true to what has brought us this far — the trust of millions of people — and continue to evolve so that we can offer them more.”
