Following its announcement of 31 July 2026, Alpha Bank reports that, under its share buyback programme, approved by a resolution of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 26 June 2026, a total of 1,157,429 treasury shares traded on Euronext Athens were bought between 12 and 16 October 2026, at an average purchase price of €4.2187 per share and a total cost of €4,882,845.72.
Following these purchases, the Bank holds a total of 15,758,061 treasury shares, representing 0.70% of its total shares.
