“INTRACOM HOLDINGS” announces that Mr Socrates P. Kokkalis, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 226,000 ordinary registered shares with voting rights in INTRACOM HOLDINGS on 20 October 2026, for a total value of €698,781.05.
It is recalled that on 19 October 2026, Mr Socrates P. Kokkalis purchased 163,969 ordinary registered shares with voting rights in INTRACOM HOLDINGS, for a total value of €486,774.77.
