The Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) revised Greece’s fiscal surplus for 2025 upwards, raising it to 2% of GDP from the 1.7% reported in the April notification. At the same time, the public debt-to-GDP ratio was revised downwards, to 145.4% from 146.1%, according to the latest data for the 2022-2025 period.
