Aggelakis SA, one of Greece’s best-known poultry producers, is expanding into short-term property rentals. A few hours ago, it established KIFISIA PLACE Single-Member Private Company, with Aggelakis Industrial and Poultry SA as its sole member.
The new company has initial capital of €200,000 and its main activity is providing short-term rental services for furnished rooms or apartments. Its registered office is in Kifisia, while Athanasios Aggelakis will manage and represent it. The articles of association do not indicate whether the new company has already acquired properties, plans to develop a specific complex or will manage existing properties.
KIFISIA PLACE was established at a time when Aggelakis is recording strong growth in its core business. The poultry company ended 2025 with turnover of €55.5 million, up 22%. It is also nearing completion of a €30 million investment programme launched in 2023, which includes expanding and modernising production facilities, increasing capacity and developing new products. Management is also planning a new €15 million investment programme for the next three years.
KIFISIA PLACE has a term of 30 years, and under its articles of association its activities are limited to providing short-term rental services for furnished rooms or apartments.
