CNL CAPITAL Ε.Κ.Ε.Σ.-Δ.Ο.Ε.Ε. announces to the investment community that, following a Board of Directors decision dated 16 October 2026, it issued on 21 October 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Laws 4548/2018 and 3156/2003, as in force, a common bond loan of up to €150,000.00, with a total term of twelve (12) months, which was subscribed through a private placement.
The above bond loan, which is unsecured, is intended to support the investment strategy of CNL CAPITAL Ε.Κ.Ε.Σ.-Δ.Ο.Ε.Ε., in accordance with its operating licence and articles of association.
