Quality & Reliability has been named to the Great Place To Work® Hellas Best Workplaces™ in Technology 2026 list, ranking 10th in the 50–250 employees category.
The latest recognition adds to QnR’s consistent track record of recognition for its corporate culture. The company has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for three consecutive years, from 2023 to 2025, underscoring its long-standing investment in creating a modern workplace centred on people.
The Best Workplaces™ in Technology 2026 ranking is based on employees’ anonymous and confidential assessment of their workplace experience, combined with Great Place To Work®’s For All™ methodology. To compile this year’s list, Great Place To Work® Hellas analysed responses from more than 10,800 employees at 50 Great Place To Work-Certified™ technology companies in Greece.
The distinction carries particular significance at a time of substantial transformation and strong growth for the QnR Group. In just 18 months, the Group has built an expanded business and technology ecosystem comprising eight companies and more than 210 people, strengthening its presence and capabilities in Greece and abroad. In this new phase, QnR, as the Group’s flagship company, plays a central role both in its business and technological development and in shaping a strong, people-centred corporate culture.
Eirini Nikolopoulou, Vice President & Chief Growth Officer of the QnR Group, said:
“Quality & Reliability’s recognition in the Best Workplaces™ in Technology 2026 list adds to our consistent track record of recognition for our corporate culture, following three consecutive years of Great Place to Work® certification. It also comes at a time of substantial transformation and strong growth for the QnR Group. In just 18 months, the Group has built an expanded business and technology ecosystem comprising eight companies and 210 professionals, significantly strengthening its presence in Greece and abroad.
In this new phase, QnR, as the Group’s flagship company, continues to play a central role not only in its business and technological development, but above all in shaping a strong corporate culture centred on our people. A culture built on trust, respect and transparency, with a shared vision and strong values that unite us.
Our people are a decisive factor in this dynamic journey. Empowering them and supporting their development are consistent strategic priorities and an integral part of the Group’s growth.
This latest distinction confirms that we are continuing in the right direction and strengthens our commitment to move forward with the same consistency and ambition: to build the QnR Group into a strong Technology Powerhouse with international reach. And the true strength of this Powerhouse is, and will remain, our people.”
