WITSIDE has been recognised on the Best Workplaces in Technology 2026 list by Great Place To Work Hellas, confirming, according to the company, its investment in a working environment that supports learning, trust, collaboration and professional development.
The latest recognition follows WITSIDE’s inclusion in the overall Best Workplaces Hellas list, strengthening its position among companies recognised for the working experience they offer their people.
What employees’ responses show
According to company data, 100% of employees say they have the opportunity to undertake further training and education to develop professionally. Meanwhile, 98% say they can be themselves at work, while 92% say they are encouraged to look for new and better ways of working.
In addition, 90% of WITSIDE employees would unreservedly recommend the company as an excellent place to work.
The results are particularly significant for a company operating in Data & AI, where technologies, skills and requirements are evolving rapidly. WITSIDE says its aim is to maintain an environment in which employees have the tools, room and support they need to respond to ongoing change.
The Best Workplaces in Technology 2026 list was compiled following an assessment of more than 10,800 employees at 50 technology companies in Greece holding Great Place To Work-Certified accreditation.
