The TITAN Group, a leading international, vertically integrated building materials company serving the construction and infrastructure sectors, rated BBB- (Stable outlook) by S&P Global Ratings and BB+ (Positive outlook) by Fitch Ratings, announces that its subsidiary Titan Global Finance Plc (the “Issuer”) successfully completed, on Wednesday 21 October 2026, an additional €150m issue of its €350m bonds, carrying an interest rate of 3.500%, guaranteed by Titan SA and maturing on 4 February 2031.
The new bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the €350m bonds, carrying an interest rate of 3.500%, issued by Titan Global Finance Plc on 4 February 2026, bringing the total outstanding amount of the series to €500m. The bonds are guaranteed by Titan SA, and the issue was priced at a credit spread of 100 basis points over the mid-swap benchmark rate (the “Notes”).
During bookbuilding, orders came close to three times the targeted amount, while demand remained strong through the finalisation of the issue terms, despite the more demanding conditions.
Settlement is scheduled for Monday 26 October 2026, and the Issuer will apply to list the Notes on Euronext Dublin for trading on the Global Exchange Market (GEM), which operates under the supervision of the Irish Stock Exchange.
BNP PARIBAS and HSBC are acting as Joint Global Coordinators, while AXIA, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank are acting as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the placement of the Notes.
The successful completion of the transaction marks an important step towards further strengthening the Group’s financial flexibility and executing its strategy. This achievement reinforces the Group’s growth trajectory and strong balance sheet, while supporting its aim of delivering leading returns and creating long-term value.
Yannis Ioannou, Group CFO, said: “Strong demand for this issue reflects investors’ confidence in the TITAN Group and follows its recent achievement of an investment-grade rating. The transaction further enhances our financial flexibility and supports the disciplined execution of our TITAN Forward 2029 strategy, as well as the achievement of our growth objectives.”
