Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC”) announces that, under its share buyback programme for up to 36,927,000 of its own shares (the “Treasury Shares”), it purchased a total of 504,818 Treasury Shares through transactions on Euronext Athens between 15 October 2026 and 21 October 2026.
Following these purchases, PPC holds a total of 12,641,242 of its own shares, equivalent to 2.1161% of its existing paid-up share capital.
Following the corporate actions and transactions during the current programme that have already been announced — and which do not change the maximum number of shares PPC may acquire — the total number of its own shares that PPC may acquire before the end of the existing share buyback programme stands at 8,282,541.
