INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that Mr Socrates P. Kokkalis, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 172,990 ordinary registered shares carrying voting rights in INTRACOM HOLDINGS on 22 October 2026, for a total value of €547,590.53.
It is recalled that on 20 October 2026, Mr Socrates P. Kokkalis purchased 226,000 ordinary registered shares carrying voting rights in the company, for a total value of €698,781.05.
