The Hellenic Competition Commission, sitting as a Chamber, unanimously approved, by Decision No. 922/2026, the concentration notified under reference No. 5749/16.09.2026 concerning the acquisition of sole control by Circet Europe SAS over Paralos Energeiaki and its subsidiaries (the Paralos Group), pursuant to Article 8(3) of Law 3959/2011.
The concentration concerns the construction of infrastructure (EPC) for energy projects, the installation of systems (e.g. SCADA), etc. (the Paralos Group).
Circet Europe is a portfolio company, and its presence in Greece is limited to Circet Hellas, which operates exclusively in the telecommunications sector.
The relevant geographic market for the notified concentration is Greece.
Taking into account that no horizontally or vertically affected markets were identified, the Competition Commission concluded that, although the transaction falls within the scope of Article 6(1) of Law 3959/2011, the concentration under review does not raise serious doubts as to its compatibility with the requirements for the functioning of competition in the markets in which the participating undertakings operate.
