“EUROPE HOLDINGS” (the “Company”), following its announcement of 11 April 2025 regarding the signing of a binding preliminary agreement, informs investors that on 23 October 2026 it signed, as seller, with “ABINVEST I SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.” (the “Buyer”), a wholly owned subsidiary of “ALPHA BANK S.A.”, the final sale and purchase deed for the sale and transfer of the office building in Athens at the junction of Papada and Adrianou streets, No. 2 (the “Property”), for a total consideration of €21,800,000 (the “Transaction”).
The above consideration was paid in full to the Company upon signing the final deed, at which point the Transaction was completed. The Property is subject to active lease agreements with third parties.
The existing leases remain in force following the transfer of ownership of the Property.
