EYDAP S.A., further to its invitation of 6 October 2026 to minority shareholders to attend an Extraordinary Special Meeting on 30 October 2026, announces that, following the expiry of the deadline for submitting nominations set out in the invitation, the candidates put forward for election as two (2) representatives of minority shareholders on the Company's Board of Directors, under the second item on the agenda, are:
- Mr Ioannis Aligizakis
- Ms Theodosia Bantouva
It is clarified that the election of new representatives of minority shareholders is subject to the prior adoption of a resolution to remove the current representatives, in accordance with the first item on the agenda.
The candidates' CVs, together with the reasoned proposals from the shareholders who nominated them, have been published on the Company's website as material for the Extraordinary Special Meeting.
It is recalled that, under Article 36 of the Company's Articles of Association, each minority shareholder is entitled to vote for only one candidate in the election of minority shareholders' representatives to the Board of Directors, irrespective of the number of shares they hold.
