Metlen bought 5,000 of its own shares on 22 October 2026 through Piraeus Securities, as part of the share buyback programme it announced on 23 June.
The average purchase price was €48.2593 per share, with the total consideration for the transaction amounting to approximately €241,300. The shares will be held by the company as treasury shares.
Following this transaction, Metlen holds a total of 1,235,474 treasury shares, equivalent to approximately 0.86% of its total share capital. The total number of shares issued is 143,426,244, while voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stand at 142,190,770.
