Euronext Athens announces that, following the merger of CREDIA BANK S.A. with EUROPA HOLDINGS S.A., through the absorption of the latter by the former, the following changes will be made to the composition of the indices.
Specifically:
• ATHEX GENERAL PRICE INDEX & ATHEX GENERAL INDEX TOTAL RETURN INDEX
EUROPA HOLDINGS S.A. shares will be removed from the indices and replaced by Y/KNOT INVEST S.A. shares, with a free-float weighting of 71% and a capping factor of 1.0.
• FTSE/ATHEX MARKET INDEX
EUROPA HOLDINGS S.A. shares will be removed from the index without replacement.
• FTSE/ATHEX FINANCIAL SERVICES
EUROPA HOLDINGS S.A. shares will be removed from the index without replacement.
• ATHEX SMALL-CAP PRICE INDEX
Y/KNOT INVEST S.A. shares will be removed from the index and replaced by SPACE HELLAS S.A. shares, with a free-float weighting of 33% and a capping factor of 1.0.
The above changes will take effect from the session on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
