National Bank of Greece announces that between 16/10/2026 and 23/10/2026 inclusive, it acquired a total of 1,625,459 of the Bank’s ordinary shares (“Own Shares”), traded on Euronext Athens, at a weighted average price of €15.8814 per share and a total cost of €25,814,575.63.
Following these transactions, the Bank announces that it directly holds a total of 18,968,884 Own Shares, representing 2.10% of its share capital.
It is further noted that, in accordance with the resolutions of the aforementioned General Meeting, the Bank intends to proceed subsequently with the cancellation of the above own shares, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law 4548/2018 concerning the timeframe for cancellation.
