New clarifications on the submission of the 2026 Unified Aid Application (UAA) and the granting of agricultural subsidies under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 are set out in circular Ε.2066/2026, issued by AADE Governor George Pitsilis, amending circular Ε.2045/2026.
The amendments concern two areas:
• Soil analyses: Section 4.4, covering intervention P1-31.4, “Circular Economy Applications”, clarifies the information that each soil analysis must contain, making the requirements for accepting the relevant supporting documents clear.
• Technical adviser’s invoice: In section 4.6.1, covering action 31.6-A, “Use of the Digital Application and Preparation of an Environmental Management Plan”, the deadline for the technical adviser to issue a tax document for services provided is set at 30 November 2026.
With these amendments, AADE clarifies the requirements for supporting documents for the 2026 UAA, helping producers stay informed and ensuring the correct application of the relevant provisions on agricultural subsidies under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027.
