Profile, an international provider of financial solutions, will introduce ProfileOne, its AI orchestration platform, to the UK market through a series of events at the FTT Fintech Festival, which will be held in London on 9 and 10 November.
After Sibos in Miami, ProfileOne will take centre stage at the festival with a session titled “The AI Moment for Financial Services”. The focus will be its approach to agentic AI orchestration, its bidirectional Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection, being presented for the first time globally, and the secure use of AI by financial institutions.
Connectivity and systems
ProfileOne operates both as an MCP server, giving compatible external AI agents access to the capabilities of Profile’s solutions, and as an MCP client, connecting to third-party MCP services, including those from Microsoft and Bloomberg, as well as to CRM, ERP and core banking systems.
This bidirectional connectivity makes ProfileOne an orchestration layer between established financial infrastructure and the evolving AI ecosystem, allowing capabilities to be shared and used through standardised interfaces rather than relying solely on bespoke integrations.
For example, an organisation’s AI assistant could use ProfileOne to retrieve a client’s portfolio position, in line with existing access rights, and draw on approved external services to support analysis and business decisions.
Designed for organisations operating under strict regulatory requirements, ProfileOne ensures that every MCP call is subject to authentication and authorisation based on users’ existing access rights, and is logged for audit purposes. Transaction-related actions can also require human approval before execution.
London presentation
Fanis Mesologitis, Profile’s Managing Director, Banking, will present ProfileOne on the main stage at the FTT Fintech Festival on 10 November at 11:30am, showing how AI orchestration with built-in governance and MCP connectivity can support the next generation of financial operations.
That evening, a themed discussion on AI and an invitation-only dinner will be held at The Pasteur Room, at The Brewery. The event is organised by Profile and supported by VC Innovations. The discussion will feature Evangelos Angelidis, Profile’s CEO; Dimitris Papadimitriou, Profile’s Director of AI; and Anand Doshi, Managing Director and Head of Digital Advisor & Client Solutions at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
The discussion will focus on AI’s business value, how it can be deployed at scale and its role in strengthening the banker-client relationship while retaining human oversight.
“The future of financial services lies not simply in adopting artificial intelligence, but in embedding it meaningfully in the way organisations operate, make decisions and serve their clients. With ProfileOne, we are taking an important step in that direction, enabling financial institutions to put artificial intelligence to practical use with the governance, transparency and human oversight that trust requires. Our aim is to help organisations realise the full potential of artificial intelligence, turning innovation into tangible business value,” said Evangelos Angelidis.
