A decision by AADE Governor George Pitsilis extends to 31 December 2026 the deadline for businesses to review and update their activity codes.
The extension makes it easier for businesses and accountants and tax advisers to check the new activity codes (2025 edition), which were assigned automatically in line with the updated European framework for classifying economic activities.
The relevant declarations can be submitted up to and including 31 December 2026 without a fine, provided no declaration to change the activity codes for the head office or a branch has been submitted since 1 March 2026.
The process is carried out through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), following this route:
Registry & Contact > Change Registry Details > Business Details > Change Business Details and Domestic Establishment Details > Change Domestic Establishment Details.
