The decision approved the merger by absorption of ANOXAL by ELVALHALCOR, pursuant to the aforementioned laws, the resolutions of the Boards of Directors of the merging companies dated 26.10.2026, and the merger deed No. 8155/26.10.2026 executed before Marina G. Karageorgi, Notary Public of Athens.
